What is an eSIM
How can you get one
Reliance Jio users can also avail the eSIM
feature on a supporting device. In order to use an eSIM, you can go to nearest
Jio Store, Reliance Digital or Jio Retailer with your proof of identity (same as we do while buying a physical SIM card) and a
photograph to get a new Jio eSIM connection. Jio also provides a tool to find
store in your locality. If you want to convert your Jio physical SIM to eSIM or
transfer Jio eSIM from one device to another device then you can do it by
sending an SMS from your device which have an active Jio SIM and the by
completing your profile configuration process on your eSIM device.
