Welcome back friends, I am Akash and this is ' BDT '. Today I am going to tell you how could you start blogging like a professional, all which I am going to share with you are from my personal experience. If you are new in blogging or you are just thinking to start then this post will be very useful for you. This is my new blog, you can visit my other blogs from my profile description. So, let's start on the topic.

1. Choose your blogging niche.

- For many bloggers this is a big problem, they get confused in choosing their blog topic. If you also get stuck in this problem then here is the solution. There is no any specific topic which will give you ultimate number of site visitors if your site doesn't have good content and until you posts regularly on your blog. So, in my opinion it is better to start blogging on your favorite topic or the topic on which you can write.

2. Choose your blogging platform and domain.

- Once you have selected your blog niche. Then you can start finding a good platform for blogging. There are lots of platforms for blogging but in my opinion 'WordPress.com' is the best. Here you can start with a free plan  and by purchasing your first plan you will get free domain hosting for a year. But if you are totally new to blogging then in my opinion it's better to start blogging with 'Blogger.com'. Because 'Blogger.com' comes with a very simple layout and it's site is fully compatible with smartphones. Also it gives fully freedom to edit your theme HTML code which WordPress do not allow in free plan.

3. Choose a name and address for your blog.

- Choosing a name and address for a blog is complicated process. It is complicated because once you have selected a name for your blog then it is quite possible that you can't find a address with same name on blogger. For better SEO it is necessary to have same name and address. But if you haven't found any then you can select the address which meets much with your blog name. You can also buy a domain instead.

4. Choose a better theme for your blog.

- Themes can bring amazing change in your blog. It gives a professional look to your blog and gives good experience to your visitors. But while choosing a theme keep in your mind that it should be lite and smooth. Because heavy sites may irritate your visitors and leads to low traffic. There lots of free themes are available on the internet which you can use with ad version. But, If you think your default theme is good looking and it has all these features then you can keep it.

5. Add description about you and your blog.

- Many new bloggers do not take it seriously and skips adding a 'about us' page to their blogs. But think, if any visitor visit to your site then they only subscribe if they find your blog interesting. And most of them are not going to scroll your site from top to bottom. So, it is better to add a 'about us' page. Not only 'about us' page is necessary you also have to add 'contact us', T&C and 'Privacy Policy's page to your blog. Also it gives your blog a professional look.

6. Write sufficient content.

- Many new bloggers writes very short content. There posts ends only in about 200 - 300 words which is not very long. An average blogger post should be in 700 - 750 words. Also a big post has more chance that it ranks on a search engine than a short one. Big means not you can write anything to increase its length. You have to keep in your mind that your visitors wants from you, which you want from other bloggers. And that is information.

7. Interact with people on social media sites.

- Once your blog reaches at least 15 posts then you should have to make your blog page on social media like Facebook, Twitter etc. It is necessary because through social media your blog can reach to the right person who can love your content. And they can give your audience. You can also publish your ad on them to reach your targeted audience. Like, if your blog is about gaming then you can target audience who loves games.

8. Get a logo for your blog.

- By adding a logo to your site you can make your blog more professional. You can buy logo or contact a freelancer on fiverr.com which may cost you around 5$. But if you have this talent then you can make your own. Also you can download logo maker software on your device which may decrease your effort. You can also use your logo as a favicon for blog.

9. Add your site to different search engines.

- Search engines are very helpful to get free and real visitors to your site. Also it drive users who are looking for your type of contents. You have to visit Google search console to add your site to Google search engine. In same way you can add your site to different search engines. There are lots of search engine in the world, submit your blog to them as much as you can. More search engine, more traffic.

10. Publish posts on a regular basis.

- You can get more and more blog visitors by posting time to time on your blog. They may also subscribe to your blog.
