Welcome! Friends I am Akash and this is BDT. Today I am going to tell you how you can make Tommy to swim in GTA VC android. In older games of the GTA like the GTA III and GTA Vice City or older than these, falling into the ocean means direct death. However, in GTA SA player can swim.
The reason why players are unable to swim in the game is that the water around the Vice City is infested with sharks. So swimming in the water would mean that player would die. As it is mentioned in the game manual.
There is no cheat in the game which makes Tommy swim, but the players can swim in GTA Vice City using several mods. Which is made by game modders.
There are so many mods of GTA Vice City which enable Tommy to swim in water just like that in GTA San Andreas. I and going to share one of them.

Follow these steps to save Tommy in water:
1) Download the mod file.
2) Open the file with zip viewer.
3) Find folder name "com.rockstargames.gtavc".
4) Copy that folder to your phone directory here: android/data.
5) Done! Enjoy your game.
